1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IMGapp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IMGapp provides image hosting, AI background removal, format conversion, and image editing tools. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for the images you upload. By using the Service, you agree NOT to upload:

• - Illegal, copyrighted (without permission), or trademark-infringing material.
• - Explicit, pornographic, or highly offensive content.
• - Malicious files, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt the Service.

We reserve the right to instantly delete any content or terminate any account (including demo sessions) that violates these rules, without prior notice.

4. Demo Accounts

Demo accounts are temporary. Any images uploaded or modified during a demo session are tied to a temporary session and may be deleted at our discretion or upon session expiration to free up server resources.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep your images safe, but we do not guarantee against data loss. You should not use IMGapp as the sole backup for important files. We are not liable for any lost images, downtime, or damages resulting from the use of the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul.
